What This Is
ECC is an open source agent harness by Affaan Mustafa. It is not a prompt pack and it is not a course. It registers as a plugin marketplace inside Claude Code, and it brings a set of specialist agents, reusable skills and commands with it.
It runs inside a tool you already use. Claude Code, Codex, Opencode and Cursor are all named by the project itself.
