What you get, and what it costs.
1. Who this covers
Three things live on this site and these terms cover all of them. The guides are free and need only an email address. The video editing retainers are a paid service, and the AI Creators Guild takes a waitlist here and is sold elsewhere. Sections 2 and 3 cover the guides. Sections 4 onwards cover the retainers, and only apply if you have actually signed up for one. Section 10 covers what is and is not being promised, for all three.
2. The guides
- They are free. Some sections ask for an email address before they open.
- Read them, use the prompts, run the commands, put them to work in your own projects and your clients' projects. That is what they are for.
- Do not republish them as your own, in whole or in substantial part, or feed them into a product that resells them.
- They describe things that worked at the time of writing. Software changes. Check anything before you run it somewhere that matters.
3. Your email address
One address unlocks every guide, permanently. You can leave the list in one click from any email. Leaving does not lock the guides again. What we store and why is in the privacy notice.
4. The video editing retainers
A monthly subscription to production capacity. You send video requests, we script, edit, animate and caption them, and you get finished files back.
- Unlimited requests, limited concurrency. You may put as many videos in the queue as you like. The number worked on at the same time is capped by your tier and is stated on every tier. One finishes, the next starts.
- One video means one finished vertical of up to about three minutes. A long recording cut into five shorts is five videos. Reformatting a finished video for another platform is not a new video and is free.
- Turnaround is measured in working days and starts when the last thing we need from you arrives, usually the footage or an approval. Time spent waiting on you is not counted.
- Revisions are per your tier and cover changes to a video we made. A brief that changes after delivery is a new video.
5. The free first video
The first video is free and comes with no obligation. No card is taken, there is nothing to cancel, and the finished file is yours to post whether or not you ever pay for anything. One per person or business.
6. Price, billing and cancelling
- Prices are in US dollars and are the ones shown on the retainer page.
- Billed monthly in advance, from the day you start.
- No minimum term and no setup fee. Cancel with thirty days notice and the notice period is served, not refunded.
- You may pause for a whole month. A paused month is not billed and you keep your rate when you come back.
- Unused capacity does not roll over. A month where you sent nothing is a month you paid for availability.
7. Who owns what
- You own the finished videos outright on delivery, including the project files if you ask for them. Nothing is held back to keep you subscribed.
- You keep everything you send us. We claim nothing over your footage.
- We may show finished work as a sample on this site or in a portfolio, unless you tell us not to. Say so at any point, in writing, and it comes down. Anything under an embargo or NDA is excluded by default.
- Music, stock and fonts are licensed for your use in the delivered video. If you want a specific licensed track, you supply the licence.
8. What we need from you
Footage we can actually use, and answers when a video is waiting on one. If a request sits waiting on you for more than thirty days it leaves the queue, and you can put it back whenever you like.
9. What we will not edit
Anything unlawful, anything designed to deceive people about who is speaking or what happened, sexual content, and content targeting a private individual. We can also decline work we simply do not want our name on, and if that happens you are not billed for it.
10. No guarantee of results
Nobody can sell you views, followers or revenue, and anyone who says otherwise is selling something else. What is being sold here is finished video, delivered on time, to the standard shown on the page. What the platforms do with it is not within anyone's control.
The same applies to the AI Creators Guild. Figures used on the community page, including $10k a month, describe what the material teaches you to build towards. They are a target, not a projection, and they are not a promise of what you or anyone else will earn. What you make depends on your niche, your effort, how long you keep going and a platform nobody controls. Most people who buy any course do not finish it, and people who do not finish do not earn anything from it.
11. If something goes wrong
Tell us and it gets fixed. If a month's work was genuinely not delivered, that month is refunded. Beyond that, liability is limited to the amount you paid in the month the problem happened. Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential losses.
12. Changes
These terms can change. If a change affects an active retainer you get thirty days notice by email first, and you can cancel inside that window without serving further notice.
