Answer me with HTML: Make Claude Answer With One Clean Page, Not a Wall of Text
A free Claude skill that turns a hard answer into one readable page: the diagram, the table and the warning in view at once. How to install it in Claude Code, what to ask, always-on mode, and the catch
Answer me with HTML is a free, open-source Claude skill (MIT). Ask Claude a hard question and instead of a long wall of text you get one page: diagrams, tables, code and warnings laid out so you can take it in at a glance.
Here's what you get, how to install it, how to make it run on every answer, and the catch.
What you ask, what you get
| You ask | You get |
|---|---|
| Explain the TCP three-way handshake | A sequence diagram, a state diagram and a flag table |
| How are the modules in this repo organized? | A folder tree plus a call graph |
| Redis or Memcached? | A comparison table with checks and crosses, then a verdict |
| What's wrong with this paragraph? | Each sentence annotated, with the problem words and fixes |
| Plan the cache change | The real code from your files, and the open decisions as options |
Why it's fast:Claude only writes a short Markdown draft, and the tool that ships with the skill draws the page. In the README's test (Claude Sonnet 5.5, 3 topics, 3 runs each) that was 612 tokens and 12 seconds, against 4,893 tokens and 31 seconds when Claude hand-writes the HTML.
