- Drafts one email per client per run, and the tone follows how late the invoice is: a friendly heads-up before it is due, a polite nudge for 1-14 days late, a direct ask for a payment date at 15-45 days, a firm note proposing a call at 46-90 days, and a final-notice tone past 90 days.
- Remembers each invoice's last stage, so a second reminder escalates instead of repeating itself.
