Run a Whole AI Agency Inside Claude Code: Set Up 230+ Free Specialist Agents
Most people ask one Claude to do everything: the code, the design, the ads, the Reddit post. The Agency is a free, open-source repo of more than 230 specialist agents for Claude Code, each one a separate expert with its own personality and process: a frontend developer, a UI designer, an ad creative strategist, a Reddit community builder and many more. How to install it two ways, ready-made prompts, and what to know before you load all of them
Ask one Claude to build your app, write your ads, design the screens and plan your Reddit launch, and you get one generalist doing four jobs. An agency works the other way: a specialist for each job, each with their own way of working.
The Agency is a free repo that gives Claude Code exactly that. It is a folder of more than 230 agent files, grouped into divisions like Engineering, Design, Paid Media, Marketing, Product, Testing and Security. Each file is one specialist: who they are, how they think, what they deliver and how they talk. You install them once, then call them by name.
A note on the video: the 3D agency building in it is an animation made for the clip. The repo below is real, and the agents in it are text files for Claude Code, not characters.
