Superhuman Mail costs about $30 a month and has no free plan. Claude's Gmail connector, made by Google, lets Claude search your inbox, summarize long threads, draft replies and label mail inside a normal chat.

Here's how to connect it, one prompt to run every morning, and the catch.

Step 1: connect Gmail

  1. Open claude.com/connectors/gmail and press Add to Claude, or open Connectors in Claude's settings.
  2. Sign in to the Google account you want Claude to read.
  3. Start a new chat. Connectors work on every Claude plan, Free included.
