The SWARM Loop: Three Reviewers for a Stronger Draft
A copyable prompt for a skeptic, a beginner and a critic, plus a bounded review loop and optional Claude Code subagents.
A first draft can sound polished and still contain a weak claim, a confusing explanation or three sentences that add nothing. The SWARM Loop gives those problems to three different reviewers, then asks the writer to fix the specific issues they find.
SWARM Loop is the name used in this guide for an original review recipe. It is not an official Anthropic feature or a claim that a single prompt guarantees a finished app. The worked example below is illustrative, not a reported benchmark.
Start with a draft and a clear target
Use a short piece of work you can judge: a landing page, an explanation, a proposal or one feature in an app. Tell Claude who it is for, what it needs to accomplish and what evidence it may use. Get a basic draft before paying for multiple review passes.
Create a first draft of [deliverable] for [audience]. Its job is to help the reader [specific outcome]. Use these facts and sources: [paste approved material]. Keep within [length or scope]. Mark missing evidence instead of inventing it.
