Cloudflare open-sourced a skill that turns your coding agent into a security auditor. In Claude Code it splits the job across separate Claudes: one maps your app, a team hunts for holes, and fresh Claudes try to disprove every finding, so what's left is backed by the code itself.

What happens in an audit

  1. Reconnaissance: maps your architecture, trust boundaries and every input surface into architecture.md and coverage-ledger.json.
  2. Coverage-led hunting: isolated hunters take units from that ledger, and coverage critics look for gaps nobody checked.
  3. Candidate validation: every unique candidate goes to a fresh verifier whose job is to disprove it.
  4. Structured output: findings.json sorts each record into confirmed, needs_validation or rejected.
  5. Independent record verification: fresh agents re-check the final source claims.
  6. Reporting: REPORT.md, FINDINGS-DETAIL.md and NEEDS-VALIDATION.md.
