Your Heart workout log: workouts, records, templates, programs. Holds no health data. It is made by heart-of.me and listed in the official MCP Registry as me.heart-of/heart. MCP (Model Context Protocol) is the open standard that lets AI apps like Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor use outside tools.

How do I add Heart to Claude?
