Give Your App a Night Crew: The Free Claude Skill That Builds, Finds Customers and Checks Your App While You Sleep
Your app sits still for eight hours every night. This free Claude Code skill sets up three cloud workers that don't: one builds the next feature, one finds people who need it, one checks what works. They only ever leave pull requests, so nothing reaches your live app until you say so. How to install it, the ten-minute setup, the house rules, and backlogs to start from
You close your laptop at night and your app stops moving until morning. Claude Code can now keep working without you: it has scheduled agents, called routines, that run on Anthropic's cloud at a set time, on your GitHub repo, with your laptop shut.
This skill turns that into a night crew. It sets up three routines with one job each, and writes them one shared set of orders: what your app is, what to build next, who your customers are, and the rules they can't break.
What the night crew does
- The builder takes the next item off your backlog, like a signup page or a pricing page, builds it with tests, checks it, and opens a pull request.
- The scout looks for people who need what you make: real posts and threads where they ask for it, with links, and draft replies. It also writes the marketing you asked for, like a week of social posts or a launch video script. Drafts only: it never posts.
- The tracker goes last. It runs your tests and build, checks the builder's work, and writes up what's working, what's broken, and the three things it would build next.
You wake up to up to three pull requests and one command that sums them up. Every one of them is a proposal. Nothing is merged, deployed, posted or paid for until you do it yourself.
