What this actually is
Munder Difflin is a desktop app, not a prompt pack. You install it, it opens a small 2D office, and every character sitting at a desk on that floor is a real command-line agent running on your own machine. You brief one of them, and it hands parts of the work to the others while you watch it happen.
That distinction matters more than it sounds. Almost every "AI agent team" you have seen is a folder of markdown role definitions you copy into a prompt. This is a running program with state: each agent has its own working directory, its own memory that survives the app being closed, and its own mailbox that other agents post into.

One thing to be clear about before you install anything. This is early software with a busy issue tracker, and an office of agents left running unsupervised will happily produce an office of nonsense. Everything below is written on the assumption that you will point it at a real repository, give it a real briefing, and leave the permission gate switched on. That gate is the feature, not the friction.
