What this actually is
Ruflo is the repo you may know as claude-flow. It renamed itself, and the README says so in its own words, so if you go looking for "claude flow" on GitHub you now land on ruvnet/ruflo. Same project, same maintainer, 68,132 stars, MIT licensed, and it was pushed the morning this was written.
The one-line version: a model writes, a harness gives it tools, memory, loops and controls so it can actually work. Ruflo is the harness. It sits around Claude Code and adds specialist agents, coordinated swarms, memory that survives your session, and a router that decides which model each piece of work is worth.
