Launch Your App the Way NASA Launches a Rocket: The Free Claude Skill Where 8 Claudes Must Say GO
The Claude that built your app grades its own work, so it tells you it's ready even when there's a ton of issues. This free Claude Code skill runs a NASA-style launch poll instead: eight Claudes each check one part of your app, and if even one says no, it doesn't launch. How to install it, how to run it before you ship, and a real poll
Before a NASA rocket leaves the pad, the flight director polls every flight controller, and each one answers GO or NO-GO for their own system. One NO-GO and the countdown holds.
Most apps launch the other way. You build it with Claude, then the same Claude checks its own work and tells you it's amazing. Whatever it missed ships with it. This skill gives your launch eight Claudes instead, each checking one part, and all eight have to say GO.
How the launch poll works
- Claude reads your project and writes a mission file: what's launching, how to run your tests, what changed, and anything you tell it, like how many users you expect or your budget for running costs.
- Eight flight controllers check one part each. Tests runs your tests and build. Security hunts for leaked keys and passwords and pages anyone can reach. Database checks migrations, backups and who can read whose data. Speed checks for pages that get slower with every user. Cost checks the actual cost of every paid service your code calls, and whether a stranger could run up your bill. Users walks sign-up, sign-in and payment. Recovery checks you can see errors and roll back. Rules checks privacy policies, data deletion and promises your code doesn't keep.
- Each one answers GO or NO-GO with its evidence: the file and line, or the command and what it printed. No controller sees another's call.
- If even one says NO-GO, your app doesn't launch. A flight director Claude writes up the holds, the fixes in the order to make them, and what to watch in the first week.
You get back one page:GO for launch, or HOLD with how many stations said no, every station's one-line reason, and a fix list you can paste straight into Claude.
