Run an AI Agency Inside Claude: Five Agents That Find Clients, Coach Your Calls and Build the Automations
An AI agency used to mean a team on payroll. This free Claude Code skill gives each job to an agent: one writes a personal email to every business on your list, one preps and coaches your sales calls, one writes the proposal and builds the automation, one answers client emails, and a night shift works the queue while your computer stays on. The whole skill to paste in, the first commands to run, and what stays in your hands
An AI automation agency is five jobs: finding clients, selling on the call, writing the proposal, building the automation, and keeping clients happy. Most people trying it are stuck doing all five alone.
This skill gives each job to its own agent inside Claude Code, and they hand work to each other.
The five agents
- The outbound agent reads your list of businesses, finds one true detail about each one, and writes a short, personal first email in your voice, plus a file you can send them all from with your own email.
- The sales agent preps every call (who they are, the questions to ask, the objections and your answers, the price), and during the call it reads your live transcript and gives you one line to say next.
- The workflow agent turns your call notes into a proposal, and once you approve it, builds the automation with a README and a test that proves it works.
- The customer service agent sorts your client emails and drafts every reply in your voice, with anything that needs a decision or money at the top.
- The night shift works through a to-do list of jobs for the other four while your computer stays on, and leaves you a log in the morning.
Everything lives in a .agency folder where you run it. Nothing is sent without your yes.
