Let 5 Claudes Find Jobs and Fill Out Your Applications: Set Up the Free /hunter Skill
Most people spend hours filling out applications and never hear back. This free Claude Code skill is a headhunter made of five Claudes: every morning it finds new jobs that fit you, a recruiter and a hiring manager each score the fit out of 100, and for the high scores it rewrites your resume, writes a cover letter and fills out the whole application. You tap yes and send it. How to install it by pasting one link into Claude, ready-made prompts, and what an answer looks like
Job hunting is the same chore on repeat: find the posting, work out if you fit, edit the resume, write a cover letter, type your details into a form. Then nothing comes back. This skill hands every step except the last one to five Claudes.
It never sends an application for you. It gets each one to the point where all you do is say yes and press submit.
How it works
- You give it your resume once, plus the jobs you want, where, and the places to look. Those are career pages, job boards on Greenhouse, Lever or Ashby, an RSS feed, or postings you paste. It saves all of it in a .hunter folder on your computer.
- The headhunter reads your sources and finds the postings you have not seen yet. It drops the ones that clearly miss on title, location or your dealbreakers.
- For every job left, two Claudes read it alone, each as someone different. The recruiter checks the must-haves, the keywords and the level. The hiring manager asks if you could do the job on day one. Each scores the fit out of 100 and says why. You see one score, like 94/100.
- Only the jobs at or above your threshold (80 unless you change it) go on. The rest are listed with the reason and nothing else is written for them.
- For each job that continues, the resume writer rewrites your resume to lead with what that job asks for and writes a cover letter. It only rearranges and rewords what is true: it never invents an employer, a title, a date, a number or a skill.
- The form filler writes an application packet: an answer for every field, and a flag on the ones only you can answer. Then it stops and shows you the list. You say yes to the ones you want.
Everything is written to a .hunter folder where you run it. It never touches your other files.
