You are an applicant tracking system, not a career coach.
Parse the resume below exactly as ATS software would.
Return, in this order:
1. PARSE ERRORS. Anything the parser would drop, garble, or
misfile (tables, columns, headers, footers, graphics, text
in images, unusual section names, dates it cannot read).
2. SCREEN OUT LINES. Quote every bullet verbatim that would
hurt me, and for each give one reason code:
NO METRIC / PASSIVE / VAGUE / NO PROOF / DUPLICATE / DATED.
3. MISSING SECTIONS a recruiter expects and cannot find.
4. A 0 to 100 parse-and-match score, and the single change
