What this is.The full working version of the three step play in the video. Copy-paste prompts, the actual subreddit list with each sub's promotion rule, and the arithmetic that decides whether the price you pick makes money.

What this is not.It is not a transcript of the video. When I went to build this out properly, three things in that 45 second video turned out to be wrong, and one of them is wrong at the very first step. I am telling you about all of them instead of letting you find out at 11pm on a Tuesday.

The three corrections, up front:

  1. Claude cannot read Reddit. Not slowly, not partially. Reddit's robots.txt blocks every crawler, Anthropic's crawlers obey it, and Claude's web search returns a hard error naming reddit.com as inaccessible. "Point Claude at r/smallbusiness" fails on your first attempt. The fix is a reversal: you collect, Claude finds the pattern. Section 2 shows you how, and it takes about 30 minutes.
  2. G2 blocks Claude. Capterra does not, for now. The video names them in the same breath. They behave completely differently today. Capterra genuinely works and is the best automatable source in this whole play, but see the expiry warning in PROMPT 4 before you build anything on it.
  3. One star reviews are the wrong place to look. I measured this myself on 19 July 2026: monday.com has 23 one star reviews on Capterra out of 6,073, and when I word scanned them for "expensive", "pricing", "cost" or "overpriced" I got zero hits against 10 hits for bugs, outages and support. One star reviews are rage about downtime. The complaint you want lives in the Cons field of three and four star reviews, written by people who basically like the product and think the price is off.

The core idea in the video is sound. Find a complaint that repeats, build the one feature people actually use, charge less. The mechanics just need fixing. That is what the rest of this is.

Full list of everything that does not work as described, plus every claim in here I could not verify to a primary source, is in HONEST NOTES at the end. Read it before you build anything.
