Run Your Resume Past 7 Claudes That Try to Reject It: Set Up the Free /hiring-panel Skill
You apply to dozens of jobs and never find out why companies say no. This free Claude Code skill puts your resume in front of a hiring panel of seven Claudes that try to reject it: an automated screen, a hiring manager and five readers who each judge it alone as someone different. Then it rebuilds your resume with every mistake fixed. The whole skill to paste in, ready-made prompts, and what an answer looks like
When a company rejects you it almost never says why, so you send the same resume to the next dozen and hope. What you need is the rejection reasons before you apply.
This skill gives you seven of them.
How it works
- You type /hiring-panel and your resume (a file or pasted text), plus the job if you have one.
- One Claude plays the automated system that decides whether a real human should even see your resume. It checks that the text can be read in order, that titles and dates are clear and, if you gave it a job posting, which of the job's key skills are missing. It answers PASS or REJECT, with the lines that decided it.
- A second Claude plays the hiring manager who decides whether you get the interview, and says what decided it in the first ten seconds.
- Five more Claudes start at the same time and read it alone, each as someone different: the hiring manager, another applicant for the same job, the CEO, the recruiter with 30 seconds and the teammate you would sit next to. None of them sees the others' notes.
- All seven answers are merged into one numbered list of mistakes, worst first, with the line each one is about. Then it rebuilds your resume with every mistake fixed, and runs the automated screen once more so you see before and after.
Everything is written to a .hiring-panel folder where you run it. It never touches your other files.
