Get 6 Claudes to Grade How Smart You Actually Are From Your Own Chats: Set Up the Free /brain-grade Skill
Ask Claude how smart you are and you get something generic, like everyone is smart in their own way. This free Claude Code skill grades you from your own past chats instead: five judges (IQ, logic, emotional intelligence, creativity and street smarts) each grade you alone out of 100 and compare you to the average person, then a coach tells you exactly what to fix. How to set it up, ready-made prompts, and what an answer looks like
Ask Claude how smart you are and it says something kind and empty, like everyone is smart in their own way. A normal message gets a normal answer, and a flattering one tells you nothing.
This skill grades you on evidence instead: what you actually wrote to an AI over weeks of chats.
How it works
- You type /brain-grade. It tells you what it is about to read, and asks once: only what YOU wrote (never Claude's replies), up to 320 of your messages, with passwords, tokens, emails and phone numbers masked, saved only in a .brain-grade folder where you run it.
- A small script collects your messages from your past Claude Code chats into one evidence file. (Or from a ChatGPT export or a folder of your own writing, if you point it at one.)
- Five Claudes start at the same time and judge you alone, each one grading a different kind of smart: IQ, logic, emotional intelligence, creativity and street smarts. None of them sees the others' answers.
- Each gives you a score out of 100 and says where it came from. 50 is the average adult, so most people land near the middle on most things, and the judges are told never to round up to be kind. Every claim has to quote your own words, with the message number.
- A sixth Claude, the coach, reads all five and lists the three habits that cost you the most, each with the quote that proves it and the exact fix.
The report is saved as .brain-grade/<date>/REPORT.md. It never touches your other files.
