Put Your Idea on Trial in Front of a Jury of 12 Claudes: How to Install the Free Skill
Claude agrees with almost everything you say. This free Claude Code skill makes it argue with itself instead: a prosecutor, a defense, twelve jurors who each see your idea through different eyes, and a judge who tells you what would flip the verdict. How to install it, seven ready-made trials, and a real verdict
Ask Claude whether your idea is a good one and it usually says yes. One friendly answer is the worst kind of feedback, because it never shows you the case against you.
This skill puts your idea on trial instead, and the jury doesn't know what the others voted.
How the trial works
- A prosecutor Claude builds the strongest honest case that your idea fails as described.
- A defense Claude builds the strongest honest case that it works. Then each side answers the other's points.
- Twelve jurors read the whole record and vote guilty or not guilty on their own. Each one judges it as someone different: an accountant, a first-time customer, a competitor, a retired judge, a teenager, an engineer, a small-business owner, a statistician, a parent, an investor, a designer and a lawyer. Nobody sees anyone else's vote, so nobody can just go along with the room.
- A judge Claude reads the verdict, the charges that stuck, what the defense got right, and the conditions for acquittal: the specific changes that would flip the most votes.
You get back one page: the vote (say, guilty 9 to 3), every juror's one-line reason, and exactly what to change before you try again.
