Run Your Idea Past a Board of 10 Claude Executives Before You Build It: How to Set Up the Free Boardroom

Ask one AI whether your idea is good and it tends to say yes. The most expensive mistake a founder makes is six months spent building something nobody wants. One friendly answer from one AI won't save you from it, because it rarely tells you the case against you.

A board meeting does. Ten Claude executives look at your idea from ten jobs, and they can't all just agree with you.

How the board meeting works

  1. You bring the idea, or any decision: a launch, a price, a hire, a pivot.
  2. The right executives for the topic are called in: a CEO, a CFO, a marketing head, a sales head, product, operations, security, people and more.
  3. Each one thinks alone first, without seeing the others' answers, so nobody just follows the room. The marketing head asks why anyone would care. The sales head asks where your first customers would even come from.
  4. Then a mentor reads every answer at once and goes looking for trouble: where the board agreed too easily, what nobody checked, and the risk no one mentioned.
  5. You get a board memo: each executive's view, where they agree, where they don't, the uncomfortable truth, and what to do next. You approve it, change it, or throw it out.
