The Four-Agent Council That Roasts Your Idea Before You Build It

Turn Claude into a four-agent council that roasts your idea before you waste six months building it. Set it up once, drop in any idea, and let them tear it apart.

Here is the whole thing I could not fit in the video. You set up four agents, each locked to ONE job: one argues FOR the idea, one attacks it, one checks whether real money shows up, and a judge reads the whole fight and hands down a single verdict. The council saves every ruling, so tomorrow you pick up where you left off instead of starting over.

The one-time setup

Do this once. It takes about 10 minutes.

1 Make one shared note or folder the whole council works in. Your idea and every verdict lives here, so the council remembers.

2 Create four agents, one per role below (separate Projects, subagents, or saved instruction sets).

3 Paste that agent's prompt (below) into its instructions. This is what locks it to one lens.

4 Wire the handoff: drop your idea in, run the Believer, then the Skeptic, then the Investor, then feed all three to the Judge for the verdict.

5 To run the whole roast from one command, save them as subagents or a slash command that fires them in order.
