Turn Claude Into a Six-Person AI C-Suite
Turn Fable 5 into your 6 person AI C-suite. Set it up once, run it for months.
Here is the whole thing I couldn't fit in the video. Fable 5 is free for a few more days, then it gets more expensive on the 12th. Most people will spend those days asking it random one-off questions. You are going to do something that keeps paying off long after the free window closes: you will set Fable up ONE time as six different employees, each with a locked role, and then run your whole business through them.
The one time setup
Do this once, ideally before the 12th while Fable 5 is still free. It takes about 15 minutes.
1 Open Fable 5 and create a separate Project for each employee (or a saved instruction set if you don't use Projects). Six Projects total.
2 Paste that employee's prompt (below) into the Project's custom instructions. This is what locks them into character.
3 Add your business context ONCE at the top of each: who you are, what you sell, who your customer is, your links. This is what stops them sounding generic.
4 Name each Project after the employee so you can find them fast: Mia, Jack, Max, Ben, Kate, Leo.
5 To use one, open that employee and paste your raw input (the voice note, the leads, the code). No re-explaining who they are every time.
