The Prompt That Makes Claude Show Everything It Knows About You

Every chat tells Claude a little about you. This copy-paste prompt makes it write the whole file it would keep on you, quote where every line came from, and list what it only guessed

You've told Claude about your job, your family and your money one chat at a time, and never seen it all in one place. This prompt puts it in one place, so you can check it.

Here's how it works, the prompt itself, and what a real run looked like.

How it works

  1. Paste the prompt into Claude, then paste 5 to 20 of your past chats or messages. If memory is on, you can say "use what you remember about me" instead.
  2. Claude writes the file under 7 headings: Work, Money, Health, People, Habits, Goals, Worries. One short claim per line.
  3. Next to every claim: the exact words it came from, in quotes, and whether you SAID it or Claude GUESSED it. Nothing from outside your chats.
  4. Then you get the count, every guess it might have wrong with one question that would settle it, the 3 most private things in the file, and what never to paste again.

The prompt

Copy it into any Claude chat, fill in the brackets and send:

PASTE INTO CLAUDE
Write the file you would keep on me if you were only allowed to know what I've told you in my chats. Then show me where every line came from, and what you might have wrong.
MY CHATS: [paste 5 to 20 of your past Claude chats or messages, or say "use what you remember about me" if memory is on]
THE FILE (headings: Work, Money, Health, People, Habits, Goals, Worries):
- One short claim per line, in plain words ("Works night shifts as a nurse").
- Next to every claim: the exact words from my chats it came from, in quotes, and whether I SAID it or you GUESSED it.
- Never add anything I didn't write. No outside facts, no guesses dressed as facts.
THEN
1. The count: how many claims, how many I said, how many you guessed.
2. WHAT I MIGHT HAVE WRONG: every guess, why it could be wrong, and the one question that would settle it.
3. The 3 most private things in the file, so I know what I've shared.
4. One line: what I should never paste into a chat again, if anything.
Be honest and plain. This is only what my own words show; it is not a judgment of me. Nothing is saved or sent anywhere.
  • The more chats you paste, the fuller the file. 12 short ones already gave 36 claims in our test.
  • Answer the questions in the WHAT I MIGHT HAVE WRONG list in the same chat, and ask it to rewrite the file.
  • Rather not paste real chats? Swap names and places for made-up ones first.
