When HR says "there's no evidence", what they usually mean is that nothing is written down in order. This prompt turns the texts, memories and half-remembered dates you already have into one calm, dated file.

Here's how it works, the prompt itself, and what a real run looked like.

How it works

  1. Paste the prompt into Claude, then paste everything you have at the bottom, in any order: texts, notes, what was said.
  2. MY TIMELINE: every incident as one dated row, oldest first, with who was there and the exact words said. Guessed dates are marked GUESS. Nothing is added.
  3. THE PATTERN: 2-3 lines on what changed right after what, only from the dates.
  4. WHAT'S MISSING: the gaps HR will poke at, and the exact thing to save today for each one.
  5. MY EMAIL TO HR: under 120 words, calm and factual, asking for a written reply by a date.
