The Review Reply Desk Prompt: Claude Answers Your Bad Reviews in Your Own Voice
Paste your Google, Yelp or Facebook reviews and Claude sorts the angriest to the top, writes a reply to each one in your voice that names the exact complaint, and flags the fake ones to report
Almost every customer reads your reviews before they buy, and 80% say they're likely to pick a business that replies to all of its reviews. But a copy-paste reply is almost as bad as none: generic, templated replies put off half of customers.
This prompt turns Claude into your Review Reply Desk. It learns how you talk from a few of your own messages, then writes a real reply to every review, so each customer can see a person read it.
What it does
| Step | What you get |
|---|---|
| 1. Sort | A table of every review: stars, name, the one-line problem, and how urgent it is. 1-2 stars go first |
| 2. Reply | One reply per review in YOUR voice, under 80 words, naming their exact complaint and offering only what you said you can offer |
| 3. Ban the robot lines | No "sorry for any inconvenience", "we value your feedback" or "we strive to" |
| 4. Flag | Reviews that look fake or break the site's rules (spam, wrong business), so you report them instead of replying |
| 5. Fix | The 3 problems customers mention most, with one fix for each in your business |
